Who We Are
My name is Stephen Vaughn, Owner of Greenbriar Consulting. It is my goal in this life to maximize the talent, treasure, and time that God has given me. I believe He has led me to pursue this field of consulting to help others succeed. I currently serve as the Executive Director of two Chick-fil-A FSRs in Columbus, GA where we employ over 175 team members. Over my 13-year career in the organization, I have personally worked to develop leaders in the organization and have helped launch many of those leaders into positions outside of the organization as business owners, Chick-Fil-A Corporate employees, Chick-fil-A Operators, and high-level leaders in Fortune 500 companies. Along with developing personal leadership skills in others, I am able to analyze data and create systems to drive high levels of profitability within organizations, leading to higher financial returns for business owners. I believe that financial stewardship, personal and professional development, and effective systems are driving success factors that organizations should take ownership of in order to achieve the best results possible.
